This week we ran second of our operations with you, while the first one was more sizable the second was more unpredictable. 1. The test takers had limited tech availability and competency, Mettl team made sure all the exceptions and glitches arising from that were correctly addressed and vetted by them and me before going ahead. 2. The test was conducted across a span of the week and the team was available with solves for whatever we threw at them. 3. At first, I was unsure about the remote proctoring idea, but I must admit that as much as it an experiment, the personal proctor per candidate was very thorough and the way I have seen the final report with screenshots and video clips, I don’t believe that level of documentation leaves any doubt on the efficiency of the process."
