Using it within 3 different companies, I found Convene to be user friendly and rich in functionality. The company behind Convene itself projects a good image. Its employees exercise very good customer care and support.
I have not experienced any negative points while using this software, so I recommend this software as the best tool where it has helped me a lot in managing, preparing, and running our board and committee meetings. Convene also provides an easily accessible and secure platform thus creating platform security. The software has helped me to save time and money on scheduling meetings and running my administration easily.

It has a library for one-stop shop information which is easy for administrators to use and you can ensure that those who should not see private documents in a board pack can easily be switched off from accessing them by the click of a button.
