Using the Convene software from features to security was great, we haven't experienced serious issue. Also if we have any inquiries, support and assistance are provided fast. We have improved meeting preparation, at the same time we also save cost in paper budget.
Convene’s been great. Its smooth implementation process meant people adopted to it very easily. We haven’t looked back. Convene has helped us get our papers in order in advance of a meeting. It’s a very reliable, mature product. Other more costly board portal solutions failed to meet our required standard such as SharePoint that does not make life easy, or BoardPad which was really expensive, and required lots of hand holding, Convene has made us more disciplined and organized about not wasting time.
