Using the Convene software from features to security was great, we haven't experienced serious issue. Also if we have any inquiries, support and assistance are provided fast. We have improved meeting preparation, at the same time we also save cost in paper budget.

Features such as the possibility to make notes in the document and share comments with other attendees make it very easy for the board members to share their opinions beforehand. From the administrator’s perspective, the app makes it easier to update the meeting materials as it notifies the users about the update automatically. Seriously – how good is it… I’m a few days behind as I’ve been working on the House but in this past hour I worked through the 250 odd pages of the BRC papers making notes and drawing squiggles. Superb!!!
