After testing many options, we turned to Convene to manage our board meetings and documents. With multiple levels of technology abilities on our board of directors, we needed a system that was easy to use for all and that centralized all of the meeting documents in an organized manner. Convene has been a great addition to our governance toolbox and has simplified our meeting planning process.

Convene has performed like a dream. I have set up 13 meetings, 12 document libraries and created 22 announcements and numerous meetings pdfs  – all without having to refer to any instructions! Some of my most technologically challenged board members who were always getting into trouble on the old board portal product we used, managed to install and use the product without any incidents.

Convene has excellent quality and price combination. It is easy to upload documents, set up, copy and move around agendas. Using Electronic resolutions also is very simple to set up and vote. There's also good support to resolve any issues, training, and set up quickly for new users.

I highly recommend Convene. It has been an excellent board portal. The ability to complete surveys within the app and vote from the comfort of my home doesn't force me to be physically present at board meetings. The platform is also great for meetings within the app from any location.

Our company has used Convene software for a couple of years for convening internal and external meetings and board meetings.
