I love the way you can use a visual tool to plan exactly how you want the system to handle incoming calls. Also the integration with our CRM system was surprisingly easy to enable. I wish there was more ability to choose from a selection of incoming numbers, but I ended up getting a great number. And they offered a path to change the number if I wasn't happy with the assigned number. CloudTalk has allowed us to implement a professional call handling capability for very little outlay. It also allows us to scale and expand simply, and work from anywhere in the world.
