As we’ve discussed, one of the biggest challenges with AFS, which is true of any technology platform, is making sure it’s staffed properly. Being a very full-featured application, AFS can handle a wide range of business scenarios, but only if [our] plant, front office and back office personnel are working in unison with one another. Good teamwork [by the users], in other words, is what I’ve found to be the key to getting the most benefit from the product.”
