We made the switch to Zoom for Government as soon as it became available — it was important for us to have the security that comes with it. There are a lot of good services out there but they don't meet the security standards for the Department of Defense.
"Zoom offers a variety of features that meet the needs of the education industry. The product is magic, but it’s the people behind the partnership and beyond the tool that we want to work with. Vendors who offer ongoing support and who we can build a relationship with are key for us."
Even though I’ve been on a 4-megabit connection for the last two years, I don’t feel like I’ve missed a step. That would not have been possible without Zoom. Even with other video conferencing technologies, like Teams or Webex, the experience is just not the same. Zoom works in environments where other solutions don’t.
“We love that Zoom just works: one click and you are on — there is no lag, no issues. You feel like you are talking to a person as if they are sitting across from you in the room, and that just made things so simple. Zoom has made us a smaller company that’s much more connected and closely aligned.”
“A lot of our projects right now are in the design and development phase. So we are always ideating over drawings we put on the touchscreen. Someone at our end will mark up an area of the drawing that might need to be changed or shifted. We really love the Zoom touch screen.”
“A lot of our customers are globally dispersed IT teams. To be able to walk someone through share screens and troubleshoot really quickly in a matter of minutes, rather than going back and forth on email, is hugely beneficial to them.”
“We felt that if we have to move to a video conferencing solution, it must obviously have the least amount of resistance among users, The solution needed to be intuitive, which meant that we did not want to spend time telling people what to do. We found Zoom to be the most popular option as it was already being used by many professionals. Zoom also scored high in terms of factors such as ease of use, reliability and flexibility.”
“You would assemble sizable teams, and you would plan these very large in-person events and trips to a variety of colleges and universities, And it’s a pretty restrictive time period in which students would interact with us and other employers.”
“Zoom was the easiest part of [our digital transformation] — it was the intuitive nature of the experience, People just picked it up, adopted it, and automatically saw it as better than the prior solution.”
"We’re highly collaborative, we’re people-centered, we’re interested in moving ourselves and our goals to the next level. Zoom is, I believe, the ideal tool to suit the culture that we are and that we strive to be at Capital One."
"Sustainability is a key issue we consider when we make decisions about our future. Technology like Zoom will help us reach that target. We can work from anywhere, reducing travel, and reducing our impact on the planet."
"The partnership with Zoom has been incredibly well received by players and fans because it’s a new-generation organisation, and we certainly have bold and courageous visions. And I know the partnership with Zoom will help achieve that."
"[Zoom] really has enabled us to do a lot more. I know that Zoom will be part of our future."
"The diversity of the conservation work we do is immense, and so are the connections we have to create to make this happen - Zoom is a key tool of our day-to-day work and helps us create those connections."
"At Opal HealthCare, our residents represent 26 different nationalities, who are used to talking in their own language. For those families to continue to connect and be able to speak together in their first language with no barriers, has been a great relief to them. One [resident] was able to meet her great-granddaughter for the first time over a Zoom call. These moments are just so important."
