We made the switch to Zoom for Government as soon as it became available — it was important for us to have the security that comes with it. There are a lot of good services out there but they don't meet the security standards for the Department of Defense.
"Zoom offers a variety of features that meet the needs of the education industry. The product is magic, but it’s the people behind the partnership and beyond the tool that we want to work with. Vendors who offer ongoing support and who we can build a relationship with are key for us."
Even though I’ve been on a 4-megabit connection for the last two years, I don’t feel like I’ve missed a step. That would not have been possible without Zoom. Even with other video conferencing technologies, like Teams or Webex, the experience is just not the same. Zoom works in environments where other solutions don’t.
"We are planning for hybrid events, and we know virtual is here to stay. It has allowed us to create new connections and engagement with the communities that matter most to us."
"We never had a Business Hours feature with our old solution. But now, I love the fact that if someone calls me after 4 p.m. when I get off work, my phone doesn’t ring. I don’t have to worry about the phone ringing early in the morning before I start work. It’s really freeing."
“It really made for a simple transition to a new phone system, When we had to work from home and needed outbound calling, Zoom came to the rescue.”
“Everyone I've talked to on the Zoom side is extremely knowledgeable. My onboarding process here was incredible — I had to be told 10 times that these phones come ready to plug in."
"Zoom Chat is my preferred medium because it doesn’t clutter up my inbox, I can tag people, and it’s real-time. We use Zoom Chat in IT all day, every day, so we can address those IT issues more quickly. We also tweaked our settings so our chat messages automatically delete after 7 days, which helps us keep things secure."
"The Zoom Professional Services team helped us navigate the various carrier and regulatory minefields to make our global telephony migration seamless! Our lines in Europe, across the US and in Hong Kong all cut over when promised and without downtime."
“Our end users love Zoom because it’s really easy to use. It’s super simple, it has the functionality we need, and the quality is amazing as well. We have lots of employees working remotely in different countries, all of which are using Zoom, and it really is the backbone of our communication.”
"With Zoom, we’ve given our lawyers a platform where they can work with their clients however they want to — whether it's on the phone, a group meeting, breakout rooms for brainstorming, or a webinar. It’s an all-in-one solution for us. And with all the developments happening with Zoom Video, Webinars, Zoom Rooms, and the entire platform — it’s just continuing to get better and better."
“The audio and video were really inconsistent, Sometimes the video would be great, but then it would cut out, or the audio would fail. I don’t think I went through a meeting where we didn’t have issues with audio or video.”
"Pre-Zoom, our sales forces in particular were traveling out of the office every other week. I believe that going forward what we will find is that there is not that need for people to be out and spending that time away from their families and that money from the company. But I think we’re going to be able to actually give a better experience to our customers, have them feel like we’re there and with them more often without actually having to be physically in front of them."
"The most important thing is to think about the customer experience and the customer journey. Zoom has been a brilliant partner, from integrating with our box office to having all of the performances audio described and captioned."
"It has to be easy to use, out of the proverbial box, especially in acute situations — like the operating room and even the ICU — where things are extremely fast-moving. Zoom’s simplicity and quality made it the perfect fit to help us scale and connect the operating room to the world."
