We made the switch to Zoom for Government as soon as it became available — it was important for us to have the security that comes with it. There are a lot of good services out there but they don't meet the security standards for the Department of Defense.
"Zoom offers a variety of features that meet the needs of the education industry. The product is magic, but it’s the people behind the partnership and beyond the tool that we want to work with. Vendors who offer ongoing support and who we can build a relationship with are key for us."
Even though I’ve been on a 4-megabit connection for the last two years, I don’t feel like I’ve missed a step. That would not have been possible without Zoom. Even with other video conferencing technologies, like Teams or Webex, the experience is just not the same. Zoom works in environments where other solutions don’t.
“There’s so much knowledge to be transferred from one person to another, There are so many people who are looking to be in the room with world-leading surgeons. It’s different than watching a videotape or recording. The interactive component is key.”
"Zoom is a very accessible collaboration tool, especially when it comes to video conferencing. Because it offers options from free to enterprise-level services, we can speak to customers, online educators — anyone we need to. We're able to meet our customers and partners where they are using a very well adopted service."
“Zoom is widely known in the marketplace — [sales] really needed to be out in front of the client base with something they knew, could use, and adapt quickly with.”
“We record all of our customer conversations and all of our virtual events on Zoom right now. It’s enabling us to reach a global audience, We got a lot of value out of it because it enabled us to be agile.”
“Zoom's video calling is basically the world standard. It's used very widely, especially during the pandemic, and the Video SDK is using the same infrastructure. When our customers call in, they don't know what the calling platform is on the back end. As far as they know, TaskHuman developed it. So when we have calling issues, it typically is blamed on TaskHuman and that makes us look terrible. After implementing Zoom, our users started having a much better experience, which also helps the TaskHuman brand look much better.”
“We look for high-tech breakthrough technologies that we can incorporate in our business to make it better. Zoom is supernatural and easy to use – just download it, click, and you are in. I use it on the airplane, in the car, in Uber or Lyft, in my house, in the office – everywhere.”
“A year and a half ago, we went to the market to examine what’s out there and what’s the art of possible, and we arrived at Zoom It has been a huge success, especially as we continue to grow as an organization.”
"We used Zoom Events to host our annual StreamGeeks summit this year. I’m so blown away by the platform and its ability to easily connect attendees and allow them to network and participate in many ways. This is powerful stuff and a true game changer for the industry."
"Zoom brought us together to do incredible things that will have a lasting impact."
“We used these tools to connect in a way that we’ve never connected before — to be the answer to a community in a time of crisis. We now have a digital workforce and digital public. We tell people welcome back, but it’s different now, We have a couple of imperatives we are focusing on: continuing pandemic recovery, managing a different type of organization, and using these tools to make decisions that are more representative of our community.”
“Even local governments can embrace ingenuity and efficiency. This past year tested a system and a culture, and necessitated doing business differently. From revising policy to the adoption of various technology tools, [we had to find] more effective methods to reach and engage all members of our community, regardless of which language is spoken or if they’re differently-abled individuals,”
“We moved from translation to transcreation.”
