  • We made the switch to Zoom for Government as soon as it became available — it was important for us to have the security that comes with it. There are a lot of good services out there but they don't meet the security standards for the Department of Defense.

  • "Zoom offers a variety of features that meet the needs of the education industry. The product is magic, but it’s the people behind the partnership and beyond the tool that we want to work with. Vendors who offer ongoing support and who we can build a relationship with are key for us."

  • Even though I’ve been on a 4-megabit connection for the last two years, I don’t feel like I’ve missed a step. That would not have been possible without Zoom. Even with other video conferencing technologies, like Teams or Webex, the experience is just not the same. Zoom works in environments where other solutions don’t.

  • “We now see Zoom as a very big part of our future. And it's enabled us to create a whole new vertical of the business, which we're going to be calling the TransTasman Business Channel. Zoom has helped us totally reinvent our business, giving us an opportunity to reach so many more important and influential voices. Zoom really has saved our business.”

  • “This is an organization that has, for the last 27 years, responded to the market demand, which has been getting the right people face-to-face so we can create that chemistry and strong business relationships. Despite everything happening with this pandemic, our clients are still expecting us to get these C-level executives around the same table.”

  • “Our meeting rooms were wired with AV equipment and it took an IT person to set up every meeting. It was too complex for the average user. We had to build 10 minutes into the meeting to get everyone online.”

  • “We were hesitant to pivot to virtual at first. There’s a lot of mediocre virtual events out there, and we didn’t want to be seen as jumping on the bandwagon.”

  • “Zoom is providing ‘end-to-end’ service for users, just like Upwell works to provide ‘end-to-end’ protection for sea turtles throughout their life history – from the beach to foraging habitats and back. Zoom gives us the ability to connect face-to-face with other conservationists around the globe and bring people together that have a common vision, giving us new perspectives and giving everyone a chance to weigh in.”

  • “Pets Together is a free virtual program that allows those who are socially isolated, such as older adults, due to the COVID-19 pandemic to enjoy friendly interaction with pets and people. We have lots of critters, such as goats, geese, dogs, and cats, at our animal sanctuary farm where we are headquartered, and when we realized that these people needed companionship in these long-term care facilities, it seemed like a natural fit to bring them together.”

  • “Zoom is the most user-friendly application we’ve ever had. It makes things so easy for blind users. I can share my screen, turn my video on and off with the push of a keystroke, mute and unmute my microphone, and so much more.”

  • “Putting one person to work is time-consuming with many phases of processing/onboarding, but Zoom is helping me be much more efficient with such a quickly demanding task to hire. I have never in my years with IFB had to onboard a mass number of employees in this manner. Zoom has made all the difference in enabling me to quickly process a large number of applicants, onboard them, and set them up for training.”

  • “We felt like we had to do something and not let this whole year of planning really important content go to waste. Clinicians need to consistently obtain credits in their field of expertise, or they will lose their certification. We help facilitate their constant accreditation. But even more crucial is that the Spring Clinical Meetings support clinicians in providing the most current treatment options and care for patients with all stages of kidney disease.”

  • “This is a huge event for our clinical community and a significant fundraiser for the Foundation. It absolutely had to proceed.”

  • “We see lots of people come in with very low spirits because this is their last resort to have their wedding during this time. But after we walk them through all how we’re going to do it, with the virtual readers, virtual musicians, and the slideshows and videos, you can see their faces light up. And because the price of an online wedding is so attainable, couples can invite more people to participate than they would with an in-person wedding. So I think the whole process is a lot cooler than we thought it was going to be and we’ve seen a positive response.”

  • “What was happening in most video conference meetings was, we were spending about 10 minutes just sorting stuff out. We were much more interested in getting the quickest path to the outcome, and the quality of video and audio on Zoom is so good that it nearly replaces physical presence.”
