  • We made the switch to Zoom for Government as soon as it became available — it was important for us to have the security that comes with it. There are a lot of good services out there but they don't meet the security standards for the Department of Defense.

  • "Zoom offers a variety of features that meet the needs of the education industry. The product is magic, but it’s the people behind the partnership and beyond the tool that we want to work with. Vendors who offer ongoing support and who we can build a relationship with are key for us."

  • Even though I’ve been on a 4-megabit connection for the last two years, I don’t feel like I’ve missed a step. That would not have been possible without Zoom. Even with other video conferencing technologies, like Teams or Webex, the experience is just not the same. Zoom works in environments where other solutions don’t.

  • “Even before the epidemic of Covid-19, TDU has been promoting BYOD First. The epidemic has accelerated our initial plan by several years. Still, we want to achieve a situation where the use of Zoom on campus is a matter of course, and we also want to promote the use of other cloud services in a comprehensive manner.”

  • “We heard from a faculty member who uses Zoom that he was able to attend a meeting from the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) without any interruptions."

  • "We are considering installing Zoom Rooms terminals as well when the maintenance contract for the TV conference system we are currently using ends. We are currently exploring what kind of terminal to use since we need to input the images of the materials that the teacher projects on the projector in the classroom and the images from the camera that shows the teacher him/herself at the same time. We also think that we can widely use this not only for classes but also for various meetings and seminars."

  • “We use every piece of Zoom we can; we use Zoom Phone on our systems/cell phones, we use Meetings to collaborate. Our clinical team is doing webinars with physicians. Being able to continue to showcase what we’re doing virtually has really helped us grow and sustain our footprint on the medical device industry."

  • “One of the main issues we had with our old phone system was occasional unreliable service and cumbersome UI for our internal agents. The admin console was a nightmare to navigate, and the system as a whole was just not a fit for our business. They also didn’t have the same philosophical alignment as us. They moved at a completely different pace, and it wasn’t up to speed with what we were doing."

  • “We didn’t have a lot of exposure to Zoom, but when I saw the product, I thought it was ‘Apple-like’ - I didn’t need an owner’s manual to use it, I didn’t have to go to the help section, I just figured it out because it’s really intuitive. And the fact that Zoom integrated with Five9, which we use in our call center, was a huge part of our decision.”

  • “We use [Microsoft] Teams for what it’s designed for, collaboration, storing documents, and team chats, but not as a company-wide video conferencing tool. We have been very impressed with the quality of Zoom video and screen sharing.”

  • “But we also needed automated delivery of video-on-demand assets into our cloud delivery platform, the NBA Content Network, in addition to the Official Archive of the NBA. The NBA refers to its content ecosystem as the virtual content factory, consisting of multiple integrated platforms for acquiring and delivering content on a global basis. Automation of NBA’s Zoom media availability into this platform was paramount for delivering content to our licensees, press, and regional sports networks in a timely manner.”

  • “The COVID-19 pandemic only helped to accelerate our need and dependence on Zoom as a communications solution. In fact, Zoom made going to work from home simple, and it was easy to pick up where we left off in the office.”

  • "Zoom has become an invisible partner that allows us to accomplish our mission of empowering students and learners to their highest potential.”

  • “Since we’ve started on Zoom, we’ve closed on hundreds of units with clients who have not visited the show-flat or actually seen the physical unit, and all those clients made a decision to sign on the dotted line via Zoom. With these virtual tours, we’ve been able to close on properties that are between $1 and $3 million. In the last 10 weeks, we’ve closed over 60% of the newly launched properties in Singapore over Zoom.”

  • “Zoom was critical, not just for the current situation with COVID, but it has enabled our business to communicate and collaborate more effectively.”
