“Partnering with Sitejabber has been great. Over the last few years we were able to gather over 70,000 customer reviews on the platform. We have worked with several other review platforms but none of them have been nearly as helpful and cared about the results we received as much as Sitejabber has for us. I originally used Trustpilot which was a huge mistake. Thankfully as of February we are out of our contract which Trustpilot tricked us into by not letting us know the contract would automatically lock us in for another 12 months. Also the new contract raised the prices by 50% on us when we were facing incredible difficulties in the beginning of COVID when logistics was a nightmare.”
