"Scratchpad where do I start. I have added Scratchpad into my workflow in my last and current role. I have adopted Scratchpad for the last year with a heavy refusal to change. This tool takes the headache out of the admin work you have to do as an AE. In prior roles when I'd only work out of Salesforce, I didn't take near enough time updating opportunities/account information as well as using very limited fields. Transitioning over to Scratchpad, my opportunities and accounts are rich with information. I use 5x as many fields as I've used in previous years. This meaning healthier Salesforce notes and my manager has a better understanding of my pipeline without having to always nudge me. Working out of ScratchPad gives me more than enough time back to focus on things that are more critical to the success of my role."
