  • "We were nervous there would be a drop in online reservations since we were switching from OpenTable. In fact, our online reservations increased, as we were able to allow booking on all of our tables since there is no per booking cost. We saw no drop in reservations, and guests have been very appreciative of the increased availability. Also, the texting feature on Reserve is a huge time saver. We no longer have to call guests to confirm, saving about an hour everyday. We have a customized confirmation text that we send out, and when guests respond it automatically sends them another text with parking information. This is been really helpful to guests and our staff."

As early believers in the system, we did have to do some adjusting to the product as it grew, but every single time an update or upgrade was promised, it came. And often was better than expected.
