The best thing I like about Qualio is how simple the documents are prepared for easy understanding by anyone who has no knowledge on what they're reading, be it a policy or a basic learning document. Whenever I used qualio to read and understand company related policies or documents, it helped me understand everything clearly and also the extra information provided helps. With it's simple word formation and the data that is shown in the form of charts, flowcharts, etc also helps. It also makes sure that there is a completion status and verification. I also like the options available like the library from where you can pick and learn a lot and also the status of our trainings section helps to get a picture when we our in an administrative role. It always helps to have such a platform which lets you take enough time to understand things and learn.

"The review and approval features are a big step up for our small company. It's also easy to create new versions of documents and do all the necessary linking between documents. Having those links is very helpful, much easier than digging through a file repository manually. The editing features are very similar to Word, or other text editors, and the import from Word works surprisingly well. That's important for importing the large number of existing documents we have. The revision history is easily tracked, which is critical for medical devices. We have a specific process we need to follow for development of both software and hardware, Qualio is easily used for both and allows that customization. We used to pass papers around to sign by hand, which is especially difficult to manage during quarantine when everyone is remote. Again, we made it work but this is a significant improvement."

Easy access to any paper forms and procedure. When I need a form, I don't go to anyone in the office. straight going to search bar of Qualio get and pretty updated one, Keep all employees updated and not wasting time to ask for something.

I like that I can see an entire list of all documents I have trained to or need to train to with one click of a button. I also love that I can search any documents with just one key word. i.e. Matrix. It makes it so easy to reference documents. I love the help icon on the bottom right hand side as well.

We use the software for class I exempt medical products. We built the Quality System from the ground and this software allows us to track the product at each stage. The software helped us in training the employees. It also helped in controlling complaints, Non-conformance, and CAPA.

The simplicity around creating new forms for review/approval. Qualio is a great tool to use to streamline your SOP practices. We've found that it's easy for any and all of our users to use. Review and approval generation is a breeze for our admin users. Qualio makes life easy.

Qualio has worked so well for us as a small company. The administration is simple, the training metrics and ability to add training assessments is a breeze, it is accessible to everyone easily in our global company, you can extend the capability in other ways (such as use it for validation plans and reports, not just procedures). The electronic signature approvals are a life saver for a small global company. The concept of tags has allowed us to give access to our clients for certain documents - a time saver for audits!!
