Qualio is the best QMS cloud based system I have ever seen. Extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Easy to navigate. Flexible in terms of creating forms. Speed is quick for searching.

The best thing I like about Qualio is how simple the documents are prepared for easy understanding by anyone who has no knowledge on what they're reading, be it a policy or a basic learning document. Whenever I used qualio to read and understand company related policies or documents, it helped me understand everything clearly and also the extra information provided helps. With it's simple word formation and the data that is shown in the form of charts, flowcharts, etc also helps. It also makes sure that there is a completion status and verification. I also like the options available like the library from where you can pick and learn a lot and also the status of our trainings section helps to get a picture when we our in an administrative role. It always helps to have such a platform which lets you take enough time to understand things and learn.

"The review and approval features are a big step up for our small company. It's also easy to create new versions of documents and do all the necessary linking between documents. Having those links is very helpful, much easier than digging through a file repository manually. The editing features are very similar to Word, or other text editors, and the import from Word works surprisingly well. That's important for importing the large number of existing documents we have. The revision history is easily tracked, which is critical for medical devices. We have a specific process we need to follow for development of both software and hardware, Qualio is easily used for both and allows that customization. We used to pass papers around to sign by hand, which is especially difficult to manage during quarantine when everyone is remote. Again, we made it work but this is a significant improvement."

The ease of use and tracking compliance. The system is intuitive and adaptable. So much better that SAP applications I have been in in the past. If I have an issue the chat is perfectly responsive. I have never had an issue that was not resolved or a chat that was left hanging for any length of time. Rolling out a policy or a SOP is easy and we can track compliance easily. SOP's are available anytime anywhere.

I'm a one man team and have Implemented Qualio in less than 4 weeks. If ease of use and quick importing of documentation, with the ability to tailor your system to your liking is what your looking for? Then Qualio is the software program for you. We're still discovering all the things we can do with it. Our HR department is jumping on board as well. We can create our own system the way like it, not the way some else has designed it for us. Very powerful tool to satisfy even the hardest outside auditor. Because it makes their job easier as well as your own. Buy it. You'll love it.

The user interface is very nimble and easy to follow. A user is able move seamlessly through the different processes of a QMS. The quizzes are a great way to ensure the reader is following along.

Qualio is extremely user-friendly and provides a clear and concise quality management system for a variety of document types making it easy to access. For audit purposes and for training purposes Qualio is easy to navigate and there is no time wasted in trying peruse multiple documents for a relevant file.

The Qualio platform functions as our company's quality system by housing all of our important forms, templates, matrices, SOPs and documents for training and reference. It is designed simply and with the user in mind. The menus are clearly stated and identifiable, while the search bar allows the user to drill down to a specific item, along with the most relevant items. Qualio has allowed a global company to access the most recent, updated items in real-time and decreases the incorrect use of an outdated document. Since the items are stored in the system, you do not have to download the document to your computer and forget what folder you stored it in ;)
