"An employee community is an incredible tool for a product manager. Bringing together the insight from the community and having real customer input across multiple teams meant that we delivered a better end-to-end customer experience than we could possibly do without our Catalyst community."

“For Catalyst (Telstra's employee community), we want to continue creating opportunities for our staff to provide direct feedback into the innovation of new products and services. We hope to grow a diverse community in order to support new strategic initiatives, harnessing our employee’s expertise and knowledge.”
