Amazing and really extraordinary account management and technical support they are providing. Anytime we needed something they quickly responded and provided us with full support. We have been using their product since the start of our new vertical and I am blown away by their attitude and excellent service. Starting with system adjustments all the way to attitude towards their clients which sets them really apart from other companies that we cooperated with.
A joy from start to finish. It's really intuitive. Everything you want is there and if it's not there, the team is super responsive in getting it sorted. It is so easy to get your employees to use this and actually enhances their ability to keep accurate records. From a management perspective, I now see our documentation as something to admire rather than an onerous burden to be constantly worried about.

Time and Space Saver What do you like best about FoodDocs? I look at FoodDocs as adding a person to my staff. The large amount of logs and reporting needed for USDA can be daunting. With FoodDocs I have no papers to deal with and can put together reports for inspectors at the click of a mouse. Also, I am fairly tech averse, but the staff at FoodDocs is always available to help. They log into my computer and walk me through fixing my problems. They know their product backwards and forwards. What do you dislike about FoodDocs? The people at FoodDocs have been extremely helpful in implementing my plan in full accurately and quickly. The ability to create my own documents and to verify entries while not physically on site are my favorite aspects of FoodDocs. Customer service is also amazing. FoodDocs solves the issue of having to maintain physical documents. Additionally, I'm able to verify all documents without haven't to be present to physically review and sign off on doucments.
