They really do care about you and your business. They are always there when you need them and are the competent person for your industry.

Well organized and keeps all files in one place. No more paper loss or printing sheets. Logs all the tasks and remind staff to complete a task before their shift ends. The team was very helpful in setting up our account and training was useful. Communication great and response time same day good job! Running 24h business is another challenge as you can't keep up with everything having this system in place I can check all logs and task completion on the go. Keeps the business running smoothly.

Customer Support was extremely helpful. Graphics made the process easy to follow. The design is clean and simple. The program automates a huge amount of paperwork which would be very hard to organize otherwise.

Helped us secure a high rating for our food business which is a positive result for our business. Ease and simplicity of the system and ongoing support, Eleri has been very helpful in helping us achieve our food rating through the Environmental health officer and this could not be achieved without FoodDocs, there are other systems which are a lot more expensive. Great user-friendly system. Very mobile-friendly. The system is set up to be easy and flow nicely w/o wasting time. The great part is you can create teams & positions and assigned a person to multiple titles. e.g. Sam is a cook and is also a part of team 3… Which means he has tasks on both ends that need his attention during the workweek. The customer support is amazing and efficient in everything they do and always prompt with responses.

The software was helpful the moment I began using it during the free trial! Having all the monitoring activity consolidated in one app is a huge plus for employee use. It was very easy to get up and running with a good HACCP plan in place and have it formatted professionally. I’m looking forward to seeing what other ways I can use the software to support our needs. The custom monitoring tasks are great. The flexibility to customize just about any content to fit my business's needs was very surprising. But also the amount and quality of the technical writing for the SOPs was a huge timesaver.

It is software for a food safety management system and HACCP plan. It is useful software and has reduced my paper trail which I like. I like the way it removes all the paper out of my day-to-day processes and sends me reminders.
