  • “We are running Diskeeper with IntelliWrite fragmentation prevention technology on our PCs and Servers. My experience is the peace of mind that comes from knowing I have taken intelligent steps to keep us tuned up and running with the most possible uptime. InvisiTasking is most definitely important and does make my job easier. I have deployed VMware along with an EqualLogic SAN. The SAN holds our vital data and I want to make sure it runs with optimal performance. I implemented Diskeeper on the SAN early and it prevented performance issues. It was getting hammered all the time and running Diskeeper makes me feel more secure. I feel better knowing that the disks are being cared for with Diskeeper. That’s why I keep my maintenance up to date!”

  • “V-locity is an excellent set-and-forget product that greatly increased the performance of our Hyper-V VM's. Not only does it perform exceptionally, but it has excellent reporting features showing the system improvements. I love it!"

  • “Our company is better off from using Diskeeper as our servers, computers and gateways see a noticeable difference in file access on the defragged drives. The biggest gains are on systems that do a lot of read/writes and even more if the files are temporary. We have been using Diskeeper for a number of years and just recently moved to a new SQL Server. Boot times are better and virus scans do run faster. The biggest improvement has been the interval between PC ‘cleanings’, when Information Systems go out and clean up the workstations by re-imaging. I simply pay attention to how the systems work before and after defragmentation.”

  • “I really enjoy the Benefit Analyzer benchmark to see how well the system is now running. The Benefits Analyzer reports are great at giving me the most up-to-date information all in one location. This makes it very convenient."

  • “Diskeeper has our fragmentation in check across the board and I couldn't be happier with it. Without effective, real time fragmentation management you simply cannot get results that meet your expectations. What I like best about Diskeeper is that it is much more efficient than the Windows built-in defrag, and that I can block out time in the Automatic defrag so that it doesn't get in the way during business hours; we have many servers on an Dell EqualLogic iSCSI SAN. Keeping fragmentation under control is especially important with our SAN configuration, and I don't have to think about it anymore.”

  • “We use Diskeeper extensively to keep our file systems from becoming fragmented and therefore optimize the disk read/write efficiency along with available storage. We primarily use Microsoft SQL database. We use EMC drives at a significant number of our customer sites in both SAN and NAS configurations. In addition we use HP Storageworks EVA SAN and NetApp SAN as well with Diskeeper with excellent results.”

  • “We are really pleased with the Diskeeper product. We have virtually eliminated HelpDesk requests referencing slow performance due to fragmented data. We are using HP DL servers running VMware attached to either local disk arrays or an HP SAN. We have had no issues with the software and reduced scheduled server downtime for defragmentation. We have analyzed defragmentation on a regular basis and found the systems are always optimized.”

  • “Every server we have implements RAID, typically RAID 1 for the OS and a RAID 5 for data. Before we enabled the Automatic defrag I would periodically log into each of our 25 servers and run defrag now and then. Each server had at least 2 drives, so it was time consuming because I’d have to log into each server, defrag the C:, then check back later and do D: when C: was done."

  • "V-locity has helped my environment. Our system was spiking the CPU very high and causing network issues and we had to kill the process to fix the issue. After installed Velocity the problem did not occur again. I see the V-Awareness function as the biggest benefit, and also the improved performance from running this new version. I like the fact that we no longer have to install anything on the ESX host, and the V-locity host user interface which monitors the environment."

  • "The V-locity software provided a noticeable performance improvement on my servers. The Benefit Analyzer showed over a 100% increase in throughput.”

  • "After V-locity was deployed, SharePoint backup times were cut in more than half. Backups that took four to five hours now take just two hours. I now have my Friday evenings back."

  • “We have been using Diskeeper for a long time and it does increase performance. We use Diskeeper on our backend database servers which have EMC SANs. Our main production system is EMC CX series. Our Disaster Recovery site is also running EMC CX series. Our production system has three enclosures with 15 drives each and Diskeeper Server does a fine job of keeping the system defragmented. The data structure and performance views are almost always completely blue every time I look at them.”

  • “We initially deployed Diskeeper when Windows NT4 was new to keep seek times at acceptable levels. IntelliWrite technology has successfully taken a lot of the resource load off of servers with large drive volumes. We are a large Citrix shop and use Diskeeper on our Citrix presentation and backend servers.”

  • "A few months ago, I tried out the Diskeeper Administrator. I didn’t think our environment was big enough or complex enough, but I was curious about the usefulness of this tool. I installed Administrator, experimented with it, ran some reports, didn’t find anything alarming, and left it alone for a while. The other day I ran an Administrator status report and was concerned to see one of our workstations flagged with a Performance Alert. Upon investigating, I found it was our most powerful desktop computer. Coincidentally, a few days earlier I had made a mental note about that same machine as it was running sluggishly."

  • "We were running a very demanding ERP system on legacy servers and network. A hardware refresh was the first step in troubleshooting our issues. As much as we did see some improvement, it did not solve the daily breakdowns associated with our Sage ERP."
