  • “We value our partnership with your company, and thank you for your role in making the NHQ award possible."

  • “I wanted to drop you a note and let you know how much I like the Phase Release and Supplier Contract parts of the BuilderMT WMS Purchasing Module. In this time of short staff, this has been a godsend. I am currently the only person in the Metropolitan Homes, purchasing department and must handle all responsibilities from bidding, negotiating, contracting, issuing and approving PO’s. We are in the process of actually starting a new community, and I was a little afraid of not having the time to bid the project, contract the Vendors, create the price data base, and issue PO’s quickly enough to fit our start schedule. The Phase Release and Supplier Contract has allowed me to enter my accepted bids, print a custom created Pricing Addendum form for my Vendor Contract, which automatically creates my cost data base, and allows me to send PO’s the same day! I’m no longer retyping bid numbers for contract documents, which has saved me so much time and aggravation. I don’t have to go through the creation of all of the estimates to pull and shove prices in and out. The process is clean and simple and I love it."

  • "With BuilderMT as the core driving force, we can ensure that we are making the profits we want out of each and every one. That integration alone increases our option profitability by 20% over other systems, which I know is true because I’ve worked with other systems at other home building companies."

  • "I am fast to let folks know when I am less than pleased. Let me be just as fast to says a special thanks to Donna for answering her cell phone on Saturday and getting me connected with BMT support after our server hard drive went out and we completed the replacement. Top notch customer service."

  • “It’s an entirely automated and paperless process to buy one of our homes. We are especially attractive to Millennials and Gen-Zers. They want to buy digitally, so it’s more like shopping on Amazon when they buy from us. We want to take what can be a stressful process and make it easier for our customers. We are focused on listening to how our buyers want to buy verse telling them how to buy.”

  • "BuilderMT Bid Management along with Trade Portal has shortened our bid time by a week on our Production Homes and two weeks on our Semi-Custom Homes. I can literally bid out and entire home in three days, release for construction and have all my costs stored or updated in cost database during the bid process. I no longer have to track down trades to clarify bid items, everything comes to me apples for apples. I accept the trades costs and my budgets are built. And because we are short staffed due to the economy this has really helped us keep our Purchasing Dept. ahead of the game."

  • "Now, with the power of those models, and the data they contain, coupled with BIM Pipeline’s estimating capabilities, we will be able to process 680 starts with just three people in estimating and purchasing and two in drafting."

  • “Our variance purchase orders have dropped dramatically. Last month they were below 2%. Thing is, our goal was 3%.”

  • “Driving down construction cycle times is key to any home building company, and ours is no different. It’s no secret that there are fixed costs to carrying a home under construction. Today, our cycle times average around 120 days, from a low of 90 to a high of 150 for custom homes. With Sales Simplicity and BuilderMT – especially with Builder Portal and dynamic scheduling – we have shaved, easily, two weeks off our schedules. The only thing holding us back from driving that down further is a lack of skilled labor.”

  • “We use Sales Simplicity for managing the sales cycle, and it offers a CRM and sales process automation. This is a cloud-based MiTek® software solution, and MiTek® has really stepped up to be a partner of ours in the optimization and integration of the Sales Simplicity toolset. I had the final say in how the software was configured to suit our organization and our processes.”

  • "Recently Robuck Homes decided to upgrade the servers to a complete new system. From the moment I submitted the ticket to the moment the ticket was closed Mr. Long helped every bit of the way, following up with me very promptly and answering any questions I had at any point in time. He started a remote session with me on the server and was able to complete the work in no time at all, installing the new builder MT and verifying the trade portal was functional. Through all of I do want to add that Build MT’s support center is one of the best support centers I have ever used. I have been working with Robuck Home’s IT division for almost 4 years now and I have had to contact support centers here and there placing in tickets getting half reply’s. Mr. Longs go getter attitude made the new install that much easier in the new transition. I just wanted to say thank you to Mr. Long as well as everyone else at Builder MT. Great customer support is one of the best things to have at a company and you guys know exactly what you’re doing when it comes to that."

  • “Sage Timberline Accounting does not have the reporting that we need. Timberline uses a database from Pervasive Software, but our operations are in Microsoft SQL. To get the right reports, everything in Timberline has to be dumped out into a separate file and mined by a third party application, and that is very cumbersome and time consuming.”

  • “That two to three hours per employee each week is time these folks can be using to focus on what we hired them to do, That’s time they can be selling houses or managing the building process to further reduce cycle time.”

  • “I view my building business as having three basic phases, Phase One is pre-construction, permitting, plan approval and such, Phase Two is construction operations, and Phase Three is PostConstruction: Move-in and warranty, and anything we can do to drive for the best customer experience and referrals. BuilderMT handles every facet of Phase Two. So my pain points are Phases One and Three, and that’s where BPM comes in.”

  • It’s one thing to talk about quality. It’s another thing to build your entire organization around it. And that’s exactly what we’ve done.”
