“Sage Timberline Accounting does not have the reporting that we need. Timberline uses a database from Pervasive Software, but our operations are in Microsoft SQL. From the moment I submitted the ticket to the moment the ticket was closed Mr. Long helped every bit of the way, following up with me very promptly and answering any questions I had at any point in time. He started a remote session with me on the server and was able to complete the work in no time at all, installing the new builder MT and verifying the trade portal was functional. Through all of I do want to add that Build MT’s support center is one of the best support centers I have ever used.
