  • "I'd like to say thanks to Altaro tech support team. I had a customer server failing consistently over the period of a week. I didn't really think much of it because the VM was just a test server VM, but when I started investigating the cause, Altaro tech support had me review logs and we determined the backup was failing due to bad blocks in the RAID Virtual disk, which lead me to discover some failed and predicted to fail drives. Sure, the customer should have seen the blinking orange light and called me, but that didn't happen. I replaced the drives and cleared the error flags and Altaro backed up as expected. I will ALWAYS keep my customers support renewed. It's an important part of my tool kit. Great product and a great team of folks."
