"Customer service is a huge priority to me. I have to say that your Customer Care person is one of the nicest and most friendly individuals I have had the pleasure to encounter. She is very thorough, detailed, and I am sure spends more time with customers like me than she needs to asking a million questions when she is simply calling to confirm about my service agreement. She never seems like any question is a bother or an inconvenience. She makes me feel like she has all the time in the world to speak with me even though I know that is not true. I feel too much in today’s society we are focused on all that one does wrong, I certainly am guilty of this. But fail to take the same care in recognizing someone who provides good service even if the person is simply doing his/her job. That is why I wanted to take a few minutes to write a note about my experience. I do not know if the service she provides me is just doing her daily job and if she is going above and beyond what is required of her. But if that is all she is doing, I wish there were more people like her in the world just doing the basics of their job. I cannot say enough about her."
