"I was recommended to WebTitan from my outside IT consultant. We had spend a month on working on content filtering methods with some new SonicWall devices and could not achieve the desired results. We installed this as a demo, when thru a training webinar, and was impressed by granular ability to filter out websites. By default in our environment, the whole internet is blocked, except for management approved websites. We have found this is the most effective may to keep employees productive. With our previous product, I couldn't block a piece of a website and let another part through; but with WebTitan this is possible. Another great feature is the reporting. WebTitan also have bandwidth monitoring capabilities as well, this gave me great insight into usage habits that I was not aware of on my network. There pricing is competitive to other products on the market. I have it installed in a vm on my network and it runs very efficiently. The GUI is very easy to use as well. I am happy with our purchase and deployment for this product."

"We started using SpamTitan mid 2016. I had evaluated a number of anti-spam vendors and many of them either had difficult interfaces, or they were slow. After using SpamTitan's cloud product for a few months, I moved my install to a local VM appliance. Setup is very simple, and 99.9% of spam is being blocked. The few that do get in, we are able to 'teach' the appliance about them via SpamTitan's outlook plugin. The VM appliance doesn't use many resources, and mail is processed through it very fast. Speed is important to us as we have a few services that are based around timely delivery of email."

It is cloud based, but make sure you install the VM appliance they offer for free to help it sync with your AD to show what user is accessing the content. "SpamTitan is a tool that allows us to control all types of malicious emails that try to circumvent our security, and access through junk email. SpamTitan is very easy to install or configure, you only have to make the necessary configuration for each user and mail, add the desired protection for each of them, and the system is subsequently responsible for activating all of its security tools for our emails automatically. "SpamTitan's support is great and the cloud platform seems to work very well at integrating with either on-site Exchange servers or Office 365. I also like the single daily email to each user giving them the opportunity to review blocked messages and take action.
