They can add an event to the calendar, or write an article to be published on-line. Members can submit their resumes and control who can see it, as well as whether or not their resume identifies them by name. Anyone can submit a job opening and there are many other categories of content that visitors can add to the database. It's not automatically posted, of course, but the appropriate editors are notified and they can change and/or approve the content before making it visible to other website visitors."
