"Short time using but extremely happy & excited! We as a IT support company have used many paid for & free services to manage different aspects of customer & internal project management. We are currently using the "new" version of BaseCamp.com and it functions well enough for most of our daily tasks but it lacks what it used to have that allowed us to use it for custom programming or highly complex projects. We recently picked up a complex project where the client requested a complete scope of work and visibility of progress of that work.
