This is about the eighth system I've tried over my 10 years working online. As far as value for money, ease of use and most of all how practical the system is for the day to day running of a business, Teamwork Projects makes all the others look like idiots. I can't see myself ever using anything else now. Other systems - while helping me plan and stay organised - also required me to have the extra job of keeping the system itself organised - or to remember to check things - or it didn't work 100% of the time Reminders - or the system wasn't as logical/practical as it could have been - or it didn't have certain features that obviously should be there. The Teamwork Projects interface is great and before long I've started to be able to relax more in my work because Teamwork Projects does a lot of my thinking for me! And I can trust it to do that. It has all the features that any type of business could want. It saves you time and reduces stress. Everyone on a team is clear about everything that is happening. It is beautiful."

"At Rainbow Riders we use Teamwork Projects and Teamwork Desk. We have been using Teamwork Projects for 5 years already and this says a lot. We switched to it from Basecamp and the transition was a breeze with the export/import of a data. The alert feature is used on an everyday basis in our team by every member to announce his individual lunch break. We have used the API to create our own status emails that report the logged hours by every team member and send a dynamic list of inactive projects. We also used Teamwork’s API for our Prepaid Discount Cards for our customers. What we did is a standalone web interface where our clients have individual links for each of their discount cards. There they can track (with the help of the API) the total amount of hours, how much time has been spent and how much time has left in their discount cards . Also they can see on what tasks the time has been spent. This way we provide them very clear overview on what they have spent their money for, which increases the level of trust. The calendar in Teamwork Projects helps us to track internal holidays. Teamwork Projects helps us to manage and prioritize our projects and tasks effectively and to have a good overview of what has been done and what should be done. The privacy and notification features are also valuable as they help to direct the information to the right people and keep it private when needed. It helps us to communicate effectively among our team, as well as with our clients and partners. The support is great. It comes always on time with friendly and helpful advices. We liked it so much that we spread the good word and our partners from Marvelous also started using Teamwork Projects as they liked it a lot. Teamwork Desk is also an effective tool as it helps us to be notified about various issues and requests by customers and to act accordingly and on time. We no longer use our mailboxes as such. We are glad to use Teamwork’s products as they help us do what we want to do - high quality web and mobile software development. We have seen Teamwork growing from the very start and we are very pleased by the amount of new features introduced every month. We are always looking forward to see what the future brings."
