I went through a number of EHR programs and nothing met my needs like Praxis EMR. The program is the absolute best at tailoring notes to your practice; Praxis notes very easy to modify or add to. I have tailored my chart note in order of how I document/to my flow of treatment. Other programs required me to contact the programmer or vendor and have them modify the note for me--this took a couple days for them to get to it. Praxis makes it easy to set up a note and make sure I document everything I see-and allow me to free-type anything I need to add. I could go on and on. But I think you want the bullet point version. "Another...which makes Praxis v3 the absolute best out there. From the hospital (or anywhere with internet) I can access my office Praxis program. I call up my Admitting Note assessment, pick a subgroup (suffix) and print the note to the hospital printer. If I had a fax modem set up and designated as a printer I could print to the fax modem at the office and have the pages faxed to me or anywhere I choose. I can use the internet connection with Praxis while doing the new visit... takes all of about 2 minutes to do this generally."
