"In my specialty the biggest thing is having good eye contact and really being attentive to the patient when the person is talking to you. In some medical settings physicians have their backs to the patient and are on the computer. I never do that - with Praxis that is the biggest improvement."

I call up my Admitting Note assessment, pick a subgroup (suffix) and print the note to the hospital printer. If I had a fax modem set up and designated as a printer I could print to the fax modem at the office and have the pages faxed to me or anywhere I choose. I can use the internet connection with Praxis while doing the new visit... takes all of about 2 minutes to do this generally."
