"The implementation process of PowerSchool Unified Talent Applicant Tracking was great. Our implementation specialist was very knowledgeable and went over all the various areas for set up. Once we were on our own, we felt Applicant Tracking was easy to navigate. The best thing is we are no longer searching for paper applications. Any principal, office, or interview committee has access to the information they need. An individual can be set up to receive email notifications when an application has been submitted. We can color code the applicants accordingly, on a personal level, to make our review clearer. References can be automatically sent and resumes, transcripts, reference letters, etc. can be uploaded. The hiring process is great, with approval coming to both the board secretary and me, Director of Human Resources. We both have the information we need for board approval and the applicant’s contact information. I feel it has made our jobs much easier. The program can easily be customized. I highly recommend this product. It’s very flexible and can be customized to our specifications. Once groups are set up with the processes each group needs, it is very helpful to our building principals."
