  • “We are a K-12 public charter school with approximately 1,300 students. Prior to utilizing PowerSchool Enrollment, the application, enrollment, and re-enrollment process was still all paper based. This meant a lot of time and [energy] were spent on photocopies and data entry, including errors in trying to decipher handwriting. There were also countless phone and email reminders, as well as multiple paper packets, given to the same families over and over to be completed. We were able to transition from pen and paper to electronic very smoothly. All notifications are now done directly through PowerSchool Enrollment. We no longer print out letters and mail them, and emails are more streamlined, and there is no more mail merge. Tracking of the forms was done all in one place and could be handled by one person more efficiently. All aspects—from implementation to going live—were very structured and detail oriented. Any questions that arose was answered promptly, usually within the same day. The trainer was very thorough and well versed in all aspects of the product. With every module we were shown, the connection was made from what was being done to how it would be accomplished now.”
