"It was a very light touch from our perspective, which was exactly what we wanted. The PMC model worked really well with our limited overheads and our need for minimal day to day impact. The team really added the most value (UI design). They looked at the UI and said that doesn’t work, it would be better like this. The PMC team delivered an application that had improved reliability and security, added mobile capability and generally was more up to date. TSR has become more modern, more user friendly and has a much better UI. Our staff need less training thanks to a more intuitive UI and, importantly, the source code is more maintainable.”
