"I give Tracker a strong recommendation. We were able to configure Tracker to our development process and start using the system live in less than 2 days. Since installing it on our intranet IIS server, we haven't had to perform any maintenance on it (8 months now), other than regular backup. The interface is very straightforward and we only have to spend about 5 minutes bringing a new user up to speed on how to use the system. Basically anyone on our network can access the system at anytime. We also have a remote QA group on a different continent that is able to effectively participate in our daily development activities via secure web access to Tracker.
