"We looked at multiple vendors during the RFP process and Net-Translators was the easy choice in the short listing process. We like to think the proposal process is a reliable indicator of the promised performance but unfortunately it is sometimes only a reliable indicator of the ability to write and present RFPs. But, the professionalism and competence demonstrated during our vetting process was actually surpassed during the project.
