"I like having a quick and simple way to tell the people I work with that I appreciate the things they do on my behalf. It did good things for our team to start up an effort to manipulate the leaderboard by cycling our bucks amongst ourselves. While it all started as a game to play with the scores, each message sent in the effort came with an appreciation that might have otherwise gone unexpressed and unheard. It built cohesion on the team with valuable feedback we might not have otherwise had. While I don't tend to cash out on my Motivosity bucks anymore, I remember the options for the gift cards available being very good with plenty of reasonable things to choose from."
