The ordering/ instant quote process is great. I really like the ability to get a quote as soon as the upload is finished and see quantity vs price breakdowns as well as delivery date price updates. Being able to choose alternates in the BOM upload process saves me a lot of time as part availability is in flux now more than ever.

Really liked the online tools, instant quoting, and rapid follow-up. While I'm satisfied with the file upload process, updating just the BOM of an existing design isn't intuitive. I'd like to be able to copy an old design, rename it, and upload a new BOM with previously identified substitutions intact.

My experience with MacroFab was straightforward. Great support when needed, and all-around great communication from both the people and the web interface.

The process for custom quotes/ITAR or class 3 could be better explained as it's currently confusing outside of your dashboard system. But otherwise a very smooth process. Very satisfied with the communication and quality received.
