MacroFab works well as a team to explain every step of the process. Questions are answered in a timely manner. I had a better experience with MacroFab's program manager than I did with my previous CM.

Eric has been communicative even when nothing is going wrong, which is very helpful for tracking the process. Mechanical BOM tools are a bit limited for odd cases like mine.
