At first we thought that their split technology approach to the software was going to be an issue, but now that we are using both the desktop and web interfaces we totally get it. Without their desktop application, getting the changes we needed delivered promptly would have been impossible, as web technologies just aren't built for that approach. The web/cloud is great when the same thing works for everyone, but a quality management system needs to stay flexible and responsive enough to react to each company's needs to evolve, when they can see what that need truly is.
