"We decided to move over to iClassPro as our current system was becoming too complicated to manage as our business continued to grow…we have not looked back! iClassPro has streamlined our enrollment process significantly and allowed us to fill spaces much quicker, in turn our customers are on wait lists for a significantly shorter period of time and enjoying our classes much sooner than they were previously. Accessing family and student information is now much faster, as is the time is takes to contact members when we have to change / cancel classes. It did take us quite a while to set the system up as our current business model did not match the way in which the software works exactly, however the iClassPro support team were extremely helpful during this time and helped us to implement the system in the best way possible. As with all software there are a few niggles which could be improved, however on the rare occasion when we have had a problem which was more serious, these have always been rectified very quickly and professionally by the support team. There are so many features that have truly made my work day more efficient: auto charging all of the accounts for tuition each month, mass drop feature at the end of the month when payment is not received, emailing a specific class or team or using a keyword to narrow the search, and all of the reports!!! "Attaining our iClassPro parent portal system has been amazing. We used to display an html page or pdf that a client had to read and try to find the age specific and type of class we offered and it would not tell them if it had an opening. The parent portal allows the parent to view live classes by filtering their child's age, day they want to attend, type and description of class, and if it has an opening quickly and accurately.
