Accessing family and student information is now much faster, as is the time is takes to contact members when we have to change / cancel classes. It did take us quite a while to set the system up as our current business model did not match the way in which the software works exactly, however the iClassPro support team were extremely helpful during this time and helped us to implement the system in the best way possible. As with all software there are a few niggles which could be improved, however on the rare occasion when we have had a problem which was more serious, these have always been rectified very quickly and professionally by the support team. We would certainly recommend iClassPro to any sports clubs/businesses who wish to take their business to the next level."
