  • What kind of features can customers expect iCIMS to release in the near future? And longer term?

iCIMS’ recent acquisition of Altru, available in 40+ languages to support our growing global customer base, provides companies with a simple and cost-effective way to showcase their brand through video. Altru’s video capabilities will be integrated into iCIMS career site, CRM, offer and onboard products.

iCIMS will also be focusing on the Dynamic Candidate profile, a single, cross-platform candidate profile that gives recruiters centralized visibility into:
    • Candidate activity across iCIMS’ products
    • Talent Cloud AI recommendations
    • Candidate data, actions and insights from third-party systems

iCIMS Talent Cloud AI uses an Ensemble AI infrastructure to increase match quality and reduce potential bias. When candidates become employees the data within their profile becomes even richer. To augment the data through partnerships, the iCIMS Dynamic Candidate Profile pulls skills and data directly from a candidate’s LinkedIn profile making it easier to match candidates with current jobs and recommend areas for advancement.

iCIMS for Microsoft Teams accelerates virtual hiring by bringing the recruiting process into the hiring team’s flow of work. Recruitment workflows are brought into the tools that teams are already using and engaging with, improving the team-based hiring experience. iCIMS for MS Teams also reduces time-consuming follow-up meetings and manual recruiting tasks by collecting feedback from interview panelists in their flow of work.

iCIMS will be expanding its use of AI across the Talent Cloud applications with:

    • Role Fit: Using resume and career search data to recommend opportunities to candidates via Career Sites and Digital assistant
    • Talent Discovery: Leveraging machine learning and natural language understanding to surface the right talent among existing talent pools, employee bases, and previously sourced or referred candidates
    • Leader Board: Automatically matching resumes within CRM or talent databases to newly published job postings, providing a ranked cohort of most appropriate candidates
    • Star Match: Comparing and recommending candidates’ resumes within a CRM or ATS hiring flow, defined by an employer’s Super Profile of existing or ideal top performers
