It brought our processing time down from 3-5 minutes per order in QuickBooks to about 30 seconds in Fishbowl Inventory (about an 800% improvement). We had also reached the maximum number of customers in QuickBooks as well, and Fishbowl Inventory let us have unlimited number of customers. Managing inventory by location is also a powerful tool to have. previously we had items organized alphabetically and our warehouse staff had to basically have the inventory memorized. Not very scalable. Fishbowl Inventory also does not deduct the inventory from your system until the order ships (not when the invoice is created, like QuickBooks). This helps keep track of things much better. a Real Pick, Pack, and Ship system. It also is much easier to import and export data from Fishbowl Inventory, enabling you to more easily integrate other systems (like ecommerce sites, etc.) into Fishbowl Inventory. The final great benefit is the ability to write custom reports. if you can imagine it, it can probably be done."
