“I was overwhelmed by the enormity of the task of devising a schedule that my employees could live with. I initially tried creating something in Excel - a great tool but required a lot of work. Findmyshift was a Godsend, it allowed me to easily create many different scenarios until I found one that worked. The ability to display more than one week at a time made it easy to see the transition from week-to-week and shift-to-shift to make sure it worked. “A little wary at first with yet another online rota software system, but having used the free trial with my team of 8, we proceeded to purchase and have been using for just over a month now. The system itself is very simple for editing, moving and creating shifts, staff and facilities. All my staff can see when, where and how they'll be working as well as been able to see each other (an option you can turn off) to help each other with covers, vacations, etc. Overall it's an excellent package for a very reasonable price. I've even had my team donate money to it because they were that happy with it!”
