"We used to use a paper rostering system, but as we grew it became apparent we needed to streamline our rostering process and found Findmyshift to be an excellent solution. We roster 16 employees and use our 11 dentists as the facilities, all of which have been color coded. Every time a change is made the roster the system sends an automated email to each employee. They can all log in and view up to 12 weeks in advance, something we would struggle with before. The staff also apply online for annual leave so you don't lose paperwork, mix up dates and everyone can check before requesting vacations. The notice board is a great function for publishing available shifts, changes, unavailability or work memos. I spent some time researching many others before happily settling for Findmyshift. I would highly recommend this program to anyone in small business and am extremely happy. We have been using this program for just under 12 months now, will be renewing for 12 more and are looking forward to any new functions introduced."
"Findmyshift has been superb in managing our busy frontline ambulance station schedules. Managers can change and move staff allocations with ease and see what on call schedules are covered. Any changes made now only update the affected staff, so when they are emailed, they know the update is relevant! Staff are able to add themselves to the on call schedule and swap shifts with other staff, with the changes are emailed to the managers so everyone's aware of the change. This software has saved our ambulance service time, money and resources. Previously a manager had to create a spreadsheet rota, save it to PDF and then email it to all staff. When staff then wanted to swap a shift, request annual leave or call in sick, the spreadsheet had to be changed, saved, emailed to all staff, printed and posted on the station notice board - which all took time, money and paper galore. Now we just "click and save" and everyone who is affected is notified with emails and text messages! In one word - Fantastic! Thanks for making an emergency service more efficient whilst saving us money as well."

“A little wary at first with yet another online rota software system, but having used the free trial with my team of 8, we proceeded to purchase and have been using for just over a month now. The system itself is very simple for editing, moving and creating shifts, staff and facilities. All my staff can see when, where and how they'll be working as well as been able to see each other (an option you can turn off) to help each other with covers, vacations, etc. Overall it's an excellent package for a very reasonable price. I've even had my team donate money to it because they were that happy with it!”
