  • "Findmyshift has been superb in managing our busy frontline ambulance station schedules. Managers can change and move staff allocations with ease and see what on call schedules are covered. Any changes made now only update the affected staff, so when they are emailed, they know the update is relevant! Staff are able to add themselves to the on call schedule and swap shifts with other staff, with the changes are emailed to the managers so everyone's aware of the change. This software has saved our ambulance service time, money and resources. Previously a manager had to create a spreadsheet rota, save it to PDF and then email it to all staff. When staff then wanted to swap a shift, request annual leave or call in sick, the spreadsheet had to be changed, saved, emailed to all staff, printed and posted on the station notice board - which all took time, money and paper galore. Now we just "click and save" and everyone who is affected is notified with emails and text messages! In one word - Fantastic! Thanks for making an emergency service more efficient whilst saving us money as well."
