I have worked with Paul and Tim for over 25 years. I literally trust nobody else to work with my systems. They provide maintenance services for the equipment that I currently owned, and I have also purchased from them servers and workstations for my business. We run specialty software and they have always taken the time to learn about it so they can support all of my needs. If I have a problem, they respond to it quickly and successfully. They have NEVER let me down! Sometimes it took a while to locate the source of a problem, but they were always successful and responsive to my needs. They go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for business IT support and services. You can’t go wrong.

I have worked with several of the employees at Fidelis Communications for over 10 years. Some I have known for only a year. I have received top notch support for my network. The process is simple. I call or email in my support request. I am given a case number. Someone always gets back to me in a timely manner with a ticket number. All of the help desk personnel are familiar with my network so anyone can step in and help with whatever issue I am having. Most of my issues can be handled with a remote session but when I need someone onsite I can count on them to come right away. Recently, we had an outage at the building and power was out overnight. When I got in the morning, I found some equipment had failed because of the outage. Fidelis had a person come by on their way in to work to help get the network up and going before our day here even started! I can always count on them to explain the reason for the problem and suggest solutions to prevent it in the future. They are.

I just wanted to touch base and say, as always, Fidelis did an outstanding job with quoting (and coming in under), installation, testing and customer service. Chile and John were prompt, courteous and thorough. Many of my coworkers commented about how efficient they were with the scissor lift… ’cause you know people get sick of hearing the safety beeping real quickly.

I just want to let you know that the technicians did a great job on this project. Their attitudes were very friendly and they cleaned up after their installation well. Thank you!
