"Since working with Risoria, our ability to keep track of all aspects of our business at Autowerkes, Inc. has been easy and efficient. FastTrak allows several avenues of tracking, from our customer jobs, whether parts used and/or services provided, vendor account access to order parts needed, returns and linking which repair orders they belong. For my job as a bookkeeper, Risoria provides an interface from FastTrak to QuickBooks that allows a check system catching human posting errors to be rectified immediately. I am able to transfer customer invoice payments, services, parts, labor and taxes as well as vendor parts purchased that have been entered at the shop, directly to QuickBooks in one step weekly. Once transferred to QuickBooks, customer invoice payments are entered as deposits directly to the bank account and repair services are tracked which simplifies the end of year reports. In the same easy step, the parts purchased from each of our vendors are transferred to their respective account to verify when vendor bills are due. Risoria has personalized the FastTrak program to include and keep track of what Autowerkes requires and has even made adjustments along the way when our needs have changed. The team offers ample training with continued support and they respond and resolve any questions quickly. I highly recommend working with Risoria’s FastTrak Auto Shop Management Systems."
