  • Describe the implementation process and timeline for eSkill software.

eSkill will support you in your effort to implement your pre-employment testing program as efficiently as possible. Once you become an eSkill client, you will be assigned a Dedicated Assessment Expert whose sole responsibility is the successful rollout of eSkill into your organization. Your initial call with your Assessment Expert will consist of discovery and information sharing so they can understand your goals and suggest the most efficient way to implement eSkill. They will then work with you to develop a plan for test development, training, and measuring success. Once you have had your initial call with your CSM, the implementation will begin. This implementation will happen in phases.

    1. Account setup – In this phase, we ensure that your eSkill platform is configured exactly the way you want it and that it works for your testing goals. This could also include integration setup with your ATS system.
    2. Training – The training phase will consist of showing your users how to navigate the system, develop tests, and read reports.
    3. Test Development – Your Assessment Expert will work with you to get the appropriate tests added to your eSkill platform based on your current and future needs.
    4. Rollout – Once your tests are ready, the rollout process can happen all at once or it can be phased in gradually.
When implementation is complete, your Assessment Expert remains as your main contact.
