''I am a hard critic so 5 stars needs to be near perfect –This app hits all the spots -simple to use, functionally rich, effective, reliable, excellent support. We use the app to manage our credit policy logic – applying rules to return policy decline or refer reasons for an application into a related list. We are adding new product variations regularly which require new or modified rules. The app provides a mechanism to build new rules adding new criteria using existing fields and a good range of operators to select from and then testing outcomes using production data in batch before deploying – this saves significant effort. The support from Jelle in the initial development and testing was excellent too. Since we went live 6 months ago I have not had a single system issue. Minor negatives are the UI is a little ‘clunky’ visually and we had one instance where in order to get the ‘condition’ in the rule to work the way we wanted we had to enter it in a way which was not intuitive.''
